With the goal to spread the spirit
of Telugu culture, literature and tradition to the future generations, Silicon
Andhra was established 12 years ago.
Since its inception, Silicon Andhra
has organized innovative cultural programs and has been a pioneer in bringing
Telugu culture and tradition to thousands of people.
Along the same lines, Silicon
Andhra has laid the foundation for another historic program today.
For the past 60 years or so, Indians have been migrating to the United States
for better careers or life styles. There has been no Indian organization or
Telugu community that has taken up such an initiative in all these years.
